The founders, Hanno Renner, Roman Schumacher, Arseniy Vershinin, and Jonas Rieke, met while studying at the Center for Digital Technology & Management (CDTM) in Munich and launched Personio in 2015. Their vision was to create a software solution that not only empowers HR teams but also enhances the overall employee experience, thereby propelling businesses forward.
