Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience as a strategic HR partner
- Experience driving the implementation of talent initiatives, tools, and processes
- Prioritizes workload and leads multiple projects while adapting to changing needs of the organization
- Mitigates organizational risk through proactive diagnoses and timely implementation of dynamic solutions
