• Build and maintain monoliths, microservices, and serverless infrastructure - we use all three in different parts of our stack.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Proven expertise in Git workflows with a strong command of version control best practices.

• Extensive experience with the Elixir development stack, including Phoenix and LiveView.

• Working knowledge of AWS services, such as ECS, EKS, RDS, and Cognito.

• Skilled in modern web technologies, including Tailwind CSS and responsive UI development.

• Product-oriented mindset, combining thoughtfulness with getting stuff done.

• Comfortable working in distributed teams, with a self-motivated approach to collaboration and time management.

• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on transparency, clarity, and alignment on both long-term goals and short-term priorities.
