Solution Architect - Americas Delivery Manager (Remote - Latam)

This role offers a high-impact opportunity to lead complex design, deployment, and integration projects across telecommunications and network environments. The Solution Architect will serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, translating intricate technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions. You will oversee technical project execution, mentor deployment teams, and ensure high-quality delivery that meets performance, scalability, and compliance requirements. Collaborating closely with sales, pre-sales, product, and engineering teams, you will help drive customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional technical services. This role demands hands-on expertise in Linux, virtualization, networking, and cloud technologies, combined with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Travel may be required occasionally to support client deployments and strategic initiatives.

Accountabilities:

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client deployments and ongoing solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring solutions meet technical specifications and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to identify opportunities for additional services or solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including Networking (TCP/IP), Virtualization (KVM/VMware), Cloud, and Linux environments.
• Ensure documentation, monitoring, and KPI reporting are completed to meet client expectations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering field.
• 3+ years of management experience leading design, deployment, and integration projects for CSPs or network security companies.
• 3+ years in technical design, implementation, or deployment roles within telecommunications or network security domains.
• Expert hands-on experience in Linux administration, VMware (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter), and Networking (routers, switches, firewalls, TCP/IP).
• Customer-facing experience including presentations, technical overviews, demos, and training.
• Experience with Microservices, Containers, Kubernetes, monitoring tools, automation, and KPI reporting preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional on-site presence at client locations.
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, VMware; knowledge of 3GPP and 5G networks, scripting (Bash, awk, Perl), SQL, network security protocols (Diameter, Radius, Tacacs), VPNs, IPS/IDS, anti-DDoS technologies.
