The journey of Partale began in 2020, born from the vision of its founder, Phillip Jordan. After a distinguished career in human resources, holding significant roles at companies like AP Moller Maersk Group, Optus, and most recently as the Head of Human Resources for Challenger Life, Corporate, and Distribution, Product and Marketing, Phil recognized a crucial need in the market. He saw that many businesses, particularly small to medium-sized enterprises, were struggling to scale effectively due to a lack of tailored, strategic HR practices. With a passion for helping businesses thrive through their people, he took the leap to establish Partale, a human resources practice designed to be a true partner in growth.

What started as a solo venture has since evolved into a dedicated team of HR professionals who share Phil's commitment to a people-first approach.
