OutsourcedIn is partnering with a leading NSW-based residential design and construction company to hire a Lead Qualifier Customer Service professional. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service or sales support, and familiarity with the building or residential construction industry.
As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will manage inbound and outbound enquiries, qualify leads, and ensure accurate information is captured and passed to the internal Australian team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client enquiries related to residential design, extensions, and small development projects.
Qualify leads by assessing interest, site details, budget, and readiness to proceed.
Provide general information on the NSW residential pre-construction process (lot size, zoning, setbacks, etc.).
Maintain detailed lead data and communication records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal sales, design, and estimating teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Deliver professional, high-quality communication aligned with company standards.
Support continuous improvement by sharing client feedback and process insights with the team.
About You
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a confident, professional phone manner.
Experience in customer service, tele-sales, or lead qualification (required).
Experience supporting Australian residential or construction-related businesses (required).
Familiarity with NSW-specific building and planning requirements (preferred).
Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
Proficient in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
