Lead Generator / Lead Qualifier / Appointment Setter – NSW Residential Construction

OutsourcedIn is partnering with a NSW-based residential building company to hire an experienced Lead Generator / Lead Qualifier / Appointment Setter with proven experience in the Australian building and construction industry.
This role is strictly for candidates with demonstrated experience generating and qualifying leads within the Australian residential construction sector. A strong understanding of the NSW residential build process and pre-construction sales workflow is essential.
The primary objective of this role is to deliver qualified, build-ready appointments to the Director and Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Generate new residential construction leads through:
Outbound calls
Email outreach
Database engagement
Website and social media enquiries
Target NSW homeowners, landowners, investors, and small developers
Lead Qualification
Qualify prospects based on:
Project type (new build, duplex, townhouse, renovation, development)
Budget range and funding readiness
Land ownership or contract status
Design readiness (DA/CDC status where applicable)
Proposed build timeframe
Filter out non-serious or early-stage enquiries
Maintain detailed qualification notes within the CRM
Appointment Setting
Book qualified consultations into the Director / Sales calendar
Confirm and follow up appointments to maximise attendance rates
Ensure every appointment is properly pre-qualified, documented, and sales-ready
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM records including:
Call notes
Lead stage
Appointment outcomes
Provide weekly reporting on:
Calls made
Leads qualified
Appointments booked
Show-up rates
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in lead generation within the Australian building and construction industry
Demonstrated experience generating leads for:
Residential builders
Construction companies
Property or development businesses
Strong understanding of:
NSW residential building process
Client decision-making cycles
Pre-construction sales workflows
Confident phone manner with strong objection-handling ability
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong CRM discipline and structured follow-up systems
KPI-driven and results-focused
Highly Regarded
Experience targeting regional NSW markets
Familiarity with residential DA/CDC processes
Prior remote experience supporting Australian builders
Ability to work within structured activity and conversion KPIs
