The Opportunity:

As a Senior Product Designer on the Hospitality team, this individual will:

• Lead initiatives that give restaurateurs new and meaningful ways to interact with guests
• Identify new product opportunities, and use systems thinking to scale Hospitality solutions across our platform
• Become an expert in restaurant operator workflows by facilitating research with restaurant owners and staff
• Work closely with a smart and collaborative team of product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver experiences that help restaurants provide the best hospitality for their guests

How we design for restaurants

Please apply if:

You are a systems thinker and have experience designing web and iOS experiences. And you have an exceptional portfolio that showcases a breadth of product design work, as well as:

• Experience designing for enterprise or solved for complex experiences
• Experience leading and facilitating workshops with cross-functional partners
• 5+ years of product design work
• Led user interviews and testing of designs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Great visual design skills
• The ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes
• Experience working closely with engineers in an agile environment
• Proven experience contributing to strategic product visions and a design system
• Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools

Canada Pay Transparency: 110,000 - 140,000 CAD
