We pay 100% of the cost for our employees to be covered by our low cost dental plan and we have a low cost vision plan. Lastly, we have three medical plans for you to choose from at different price points and coverage levels including options for a Health Savings Account dependent care, and medical Flexible Spending Account.
Paid parental leave
A generous parental leave policy that provides up to 12 weeks of fully paid time off for birth mothers, and up to 6 weeks of fully paid leave for all other parents (partners, fathers, etc.). And our paid leave applies to any way you choose to welcome a new child into your life, whether through birth, adoption, fostering, surrogacy, etc…
