Lead Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns focusing on lead generation
• Prepare marketing materials
• Manage service providers (freelancers, agencies, partner companies)
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
• Identify new opportunities for lead generation and brand exposure
• Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars that are relevant to Nextly
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements

• Fluent English

• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing
• Experience acting as the go-to person responsible for marketing strategies
• Experience with tech-stacks and marketing technologies (email platforms, automation, newsletters, CRMs, analytics, etc.)
• Excellent writing skills (copywriting, newsletter, emails) in English
• Excellent creative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct research, demonstrate results and findings, and create reports
• Attention to detail
