Contractor: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)

We are seeking a proactive Contact Recruiter to join our People team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier talent, predominantly focusing on technical software engineering roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering roles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to quickly identify and move forward exceptional candidates.

What you’ll be doing:

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for various roles, predominantly technical software engineering positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and technical skills needed.
• Conduct initial phone screenings, assess technical qualifications, and assess cultural fit.
• Provide a high level of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best recruitment practices.

Required:

• 3+ years proven experience in full cycle recruiting for technical roles, particularly software engineering.
• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, programming languages, and technical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage and influence passive candidates.
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluent in English
• SaaS/tech industry experience
• Experience recruiting in LATAM (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil)

Preferred:

• Experience in recruiting for tech companies or startups.
• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.) is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus but not required)

This position works remotely and is hireable in Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil) and is compensated on a monthly basis up to $2,500 USD/month. Final compensation rate will be determined on the experience, skills, and abilities.
