Flexible working hours
Overlapping working hours for all team members will be 12-5PM EST. Team meetings and team-wide events will be scheduled within these hours going forward.
Unlimited PTO
Panorama's vacation policy includes a flexible PTO plan. We recommend team members take off 4 weeks a year, and provide 2 weeks a year for full company closure.
Home office budget
Available for remote and hybrid employees. Panorama also offers office and commuting reimbursements (internet, office supplies for home office, & co-working space)
Company meals
Snacks, sodas and seltzers provided in office and Panorama offers an employee lunch perk in sync with team wide activities. We also have snack boxes mailed to remote employee homes.
Paid parental leave
Panorama offers up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents. We also offer a flexible transition back to work, compassionate leave, and equitable pay for those on variable comp plans.
Life insurance
Full-time employees will receive Basic Life Insurance and AD&D automatically. Panorama covers 100% of the monthly premiums and the maximum benefit amount is $50,000. Supplemental Life offered also.
401(k)
Panorama's 401(k) retirement plan offers a broad selection of funds to choose from through Human Interest and Panorama matches 100% of employee contributions of up to 4% of their annual salary. Matched contributions vest right away!
Wellness benefits
Panorama provides monthly reimbursements up to $50 to employees for physical wellness expenses like gym memberships, yoga classes, running coaches, meditation apps, etc. We also regularly offer team workouts such as yoga, zumba, and running clubs.
Learning and development budget
Each Panoramian is invited to LifeLabs development training, and given a LinkedIn Learning account for self-chosen learning professional development and every Panoramian is paired with a buddy on their first day. This buddy provides company mentorship throughout the year and a lifelong in person or remote friendship.
Healthcare benefits
Panorama covers 90% of premium for individuals and 65% for dependents for dental, 90% of premium costs for health insurance, and 100% of coverage for vision after $10 copay. Frames and contact lenses are covered up to $150. Panorama's FSA helps employees pay for eligible health & dependent care expenses with pre tax contributions up to $2,750 annually.
