About the Role:

As an Enterprise Order Management, Manager at Motive, you’ll be at the forefront of the company’s growth efforts working in close partnership with our Enterprise GTM organization, partnering in the construction of Enterprise Deals. In addition, Identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions to improve efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with Enterprise Sales Leaders and sales team and help close top deals and complex deals
• Work with other stakeholders involved in top deals and negotiations process
• Enable and partner with sales teams on the processes to get their deals closed faster and decrease error rate
• Improve processes within systems and programs
• Must handle unforeseen issues, and proactively alert internal teams with a sense of urgency.
• Use your analytical skills and collect and analyze information, problem solve with data to facilitate decision making

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar role at a fast growing enterprise SaaS (Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops for Enterprise)
• History of recent success helping Enterprise Sales Teams close complex/top SaaS (and references to back it up)
• Very strong Excel skills and sensitivity to numbers
• Strong understanding of CPQ and Subscription/billing management System
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Recommended - Zuora, or other billing systems
• Working knowledge of accounting principles
• Analytic Skills- Collect and analyze information and problem solve with data to facilitate decision making
• Bachelors degree
