Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales operations team. The Senior Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by optimizing sales processes, implementing best practices, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and build the sales operations team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and policies to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Rollout and implement Salesforce to the sales organization
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to set sales targets, quotas, and territories, and monitor performance against goals.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer success, to align strategies and achieve common objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance sales enablement, training, and onboarding programs to ensure the success of the sales team.
  • Develop and implement processes for sales forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales operations and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Certifications in sales operations, CRM administration, or project management are desirable.
