About Us

We're a group of people who love creating products that make people's lives at home more delightful. The home decor and furniture space is full of uninspired products, so we're on a mission to fix that by trying to build "iPhone-level" products that become the go-to in their category. Our main product is Mixtiles (mixtiles.com), a fresh take on photo tiles that's grown to $150M, with $15M in Europe. We also launched Easyplant (easyplant.com) which hit $50M in under 2 years, bringing our total to $200M. And we have an interior design app called Around in public alpha. The vision is for these to become the biggest and best products in their categories.

What We're Looking For:

• A marketing-focused business leader who can craft compelling stories and drive efficient growth
• Exceptional communication skills, creative skills, and analytica/performance marketing chops
• Good business sense and ability to manage a P&L

What you'll do:

• Create and execute a hands-on strategy to grow our European business
• Own European marketing end-to-end, from brand and content to performance and analytics
• Figure out what needs to be localized for Europe to deliver great customer experiences
• Build a strong local team and hire excellent people as needed
• Work closely with global teams, learn from HQ, and adapt playbooks to the European market
• Represent us in the European startup and ecommerce scene
