About REACH
Reach is a modern Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Exchange for cross-industry maintenance workflows. We help Fleets reduce their asset downtime and Service Providers maximize their technician productivity.
We also help integrate service enablers like equipment owners, original equipment manufacturers and call centers in a cohesive Maintenance Ecosystem.
REACH is the flagship product of Vantage Solutions which was set up in 2015. We started out with five people, and today we are a company of seventy (and growing!) spanning 36 cities around the world. We are headquartered in Youngstown, Ohio, but everyone at REACH is free to live and work wherever they want. Many of us love working remotely with such a diverse group of people, from so many different places, we bring a unique perspective to everything we do.
We are programmers, writers, speakers, bikers, engineers, hikers, developers, chefs, martial arts experts, movie buffs, educators, designers, football fans, musicians, sculptors, writers, readers, travelers, volunteers, parents, and hard workers.
