THE ROLEWe’re hiring a VP-Finance & Operations to join our team! Your new role will lead all aspects of Finance, Accounting, and oversee company operations here at Milk Moovement. You will work closely with our CEO and executive team to drive the financial strategy and operational excellence of the company, ensuring sustainable growth and scalability.
Here are some examples of other things you might do: • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and capital allocation.• Lead financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to executive leadership and the board of directors to support decision-making and drive business performance.• Collaborate cross-functionally with the leaders of customer experience, engineering, product development, sales & marketing, and talent & culture to align financial and operational objectives and to drive strategic initiatives• Oversee day-to-day company operations to drive operational efficiency and scalability across the organization

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMilk Moovement seeks to have a diverse, inclusive, team-oriented, and curiosity-driven herd. You must have prior experience managing financing and operations for a startup, but experience working in the dairy industry is not required! We will teach you all there is to know about the industry beginning with our Dairy 101 course. It is definitely more complicated than you think and that is why we do what we do! We expect you to have prior exposure in financial management and operations, coupled with a strong commitment to enhancing our organizational efficiency and growth.
WHAT ELSE• 8+ years of progressive SaaS/software high-growth startup experience required.• Hands-on self-starter and hard worker, who gets the job done.• Desire to lead in a fast-paced, high growth startup.• Experience managing the financial aspects of a high-growth startup• Strong communication skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders• Experience using financial accounting software• CPA license preferred
