United States only- Coordinate a series of projects simultaneously with varying complexity and timelines.
- Collaborate with our Risk and Payment Operations core teams in determining requirements and resources needed that allow new products and features to scale.
- Develop project schedules based on the product requirements, technical challenges or constraints, tooling lead-times and operational needs.
- Work with project team members to set milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks.
- Influence and lead efforts on behalf of Risk and Payment Operations with key cross-functional partners, including Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, and Policy during design, build, launch, and expansion phases of the product life cycle.
- Define and implement core key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring playbook to ensure the expected benefits are delivered and to track any unexpected issues after the project is executed.
- Close project and ensure appropriate handoff to operational owners.
- Conduct post mortems to assess elements of the project that were successful or unsuccessful to inform future improvements and reduced risks.
- Maintain full visibility with leadership and other critical stakeholders throughout project.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for project team members, leadership and stakeholder review.
- Work with project leaders to develop best practices and production processes in a quickly changing and dynamic environment.
- Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the US.
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field and 24 months in the job offered or in a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted.
Experience must include 24 months in the following: - 1. End-to-end management of payment processing flows and rails, roles of parties involved, and types of payment methods
- 2. Time management and organization in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- 3. Collaborating and effectively coordinating across cross-functional teams
- 4. Controlling risk and priorities
- 5. Resolving conflicts by finding the win-win scenarios, identifying tradeoffs, and setting clear priorities
- 6. Communicating technical information effectively to different audiences.
Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
