Meta is seeking a Business Program Manager, Enterprise Sales to architect and execute the growth strategy for our Business Messaging (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) and Enterprise AI portfolio. The role will lead end-to-end program management for high-impact sales initiatives, drive velocity and revenue growth across our most critical enterprise clients, and ensure global sales readiness for global sales plays, AI product launches, API transitions, and high-value enterprise sales cycles.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Program Management experience within Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, or Strategic Planning
- Methodology Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading complex, large-scale business transformations from strategy to execution using structured program management frameworks
- Leadership & Influence: Proven experience working with executive stakeholders (Director/VP level)
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of Enterprise sales/Commercial acumen
- Agility: Experience maintaining organizational priorities in fast-growth environments characterized by high ambiguity and shifting priorities
