- Apply a data-driven approach to identify, understand, and scope emerging behavioral trends on the Meta platform by performing rapid-response root cause analyses.
- Build and maintain rules in response to evolving adversarial behaviors.
- Drive key performance metrics such as content and scam prevalence, false positives, and operational efficiency.
- Drive escalation mitigation efforts for content enforcement areas.
- Provide regular reporting and communicate effectively regarding progress against goals and top line metrics.
- Influence a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Policy, Engineering and Data/Analytics to lead or coordinate strategic projects and scaled solutions to enforcement issues.
- Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
- Requires a Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a data Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Experience must include 24 months involving the following:
- Quantitative analysis
- Working in an operations environment
- Defining, utilizing, and communicating performance metrics
- Manipulating large data sets in SQL, and drawing actionable insights from data and
- Working with cross-functional partners across different regions
