- Apply a data-driven approach to identify, understand, and scope emerging behavioural trends on the Meta platform by performing rapid-response root cause analyses.
- Build and maintain rules in response to evolving adversarial behaviours.
- Drive key performance metrics such as content and scam prevalence, false positives, and operational efficiency.
- Drive escalation mitigation efforts for content enforcement areas.
- Provide regular reporting and communicate effectively regarding progress against goals and top line metrics.
- Influence a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Policy, Engineering and Data/Analytics to lead or coordinate strategic projects and scaled solutions to enforcement issues.

- Requires Master’s degree (Foreign equivalent accepted) in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field followed by 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a data-science related occupation. Requires 36 months involving the following:
- 1. Quantitative analysis
- 2. Working in an operations environment
- 3. Defining, utilizing, and communicating performance metrics
- 4. Manipulating large data sets in SQL, and drawing actionable insights from data
- 5. Working with cross-functional partners across different regions
