We will count on you to

• Facility Maintenance: Implement a comprehensive program for all building systems maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Manage repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
• Space Planning and Utilization: Develop and execute strategies to optimize space use. Work with the Real Estate team on office moves and renovations to meet business needs.
• Vendor Management: Manage service provider relationships, ensuring high-quality services within budget and adherence to agreements.
• Internal Service Delivery: Establish an efficient model for essential services like mailroom and reception. Address escalated service issues, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
• Business Continuity, Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure health and safety regulation compliance, develop safety protocols, and conduct hazard inspections. Maintain infrastructure and communications systems with emergency backup.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage the facilities budget, including forecasting, cost control, and identifying cost savings.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Promote sustainable practices in energy conservation, waste management, and green building.
• Team Leadership: Lead the facilities team, fostering a positive environment and promoting professional growth.

What you need to have:

• Demonstrated expertise in facilities management, with a proven ability to coordinate with suppliers and vendors and oversee comprehensive office operations.
• Creative mindset with the capacity to devise innovative solutions to complex facilities issues. Highly resourceful, with the capability to efficiently address and manage office needs.
• Superior communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Available to work onsite five days a week, providing consistent oversight and management.
