ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client – a growing IT company delivering modern technology solutions – is seeking a talented Associate Solution & Integration Architect to join their dynamic team.

📌 Location: Athens – Greece.

📍 Working Model: Fully Remote (you need to be based in Greece and holder of a valid EU Work Permit)

🖋️ Reporting to: CTO

What you will do:

As an Associate Solution & Integration Architect, you’ll own the end-to-end architectural vision, ensure technical cohesion across multiple platforms, and provide governance and guidance to both in-house and external development teams. This is not a coding role, it’s about big-picture system design, integration oversight, and architectural governance.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Defining and maintaining cohesive enterprise architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability
  • Designing RESTful and event-driven integrations across Salesforce, Dynamics 365, payment gateways, and other platforms
  • Setting standards, reusable patterns, and reference architectures; ensuring compliance with design principles and best practices
  • Shaping deployment patterns (serverless, containerized, microservices) on AWS/Azure and supporting Infrastructure-as-Code practices
  • Overseeing observability, tracing, and monitoring frameworks; recommending optimizations to improve reliability and efficiency
  • Defining technical standards for secure API access, RBAC/ABAC controls, encryption, and ensuring compliance with PIPEDA & PCI DSS
  • Partnering with business units, developers, infrastructure engineers, and vendors to translate architecture into actionable implementation
  • Documenting and delivering clear architectural artifacts including system diagrams, data flow maps, API catalogs, and reference models

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s + Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture
  • Proven expertise in designing scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure systems
  • Strong background with integration patterns (REST, event-driven, pub-sub)
  • Some experience with Salesforce or Dynamics 365, payment platforms, or policy admin systems
  • Deep knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS and/or Azure)
  • Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks (TOGAF or similar)
  • Ability to define architecture standards, reusable patterns, and frameworks
  • Excellent cross-team communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Will be highly appreciated:

  • Industry certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solution Architect, etc.)
  • Hands-on exposure to observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep
