Lyra Health is looking for a workplace mental health subject matter expert with learning program development and evaluation expertise, exceptional writing and presentation skills, and deep knowledge of mental health promotion. This role offers the unique opportunity to partner closely with customers to convert high-level workforce strategy needs into actionable, expertly-tailored learning program solutions while collaborating with internal partners to develop and evaluate mental-health related content and educational offerings.
Requirements
- Independently curate high-quality source material and collaborate on the development of research-backed workplace and mental-health related training content, demonstrating Lyra's thought leadership with clarity, clinical accuracy, and research-backed insights.
- Scope and develop multi-modal learning plans, large scale training initiatives, and timely, impactful high profile events, leveraging data-driven insights to iterate and evolve programming over time.
- Develop and scale program evaluation and quality assurance best practices, including assessing learning and development needs and outcomes using surveys, interviews, and ongoing communication with key stakeholders.
- Support efforts to enhance outcomes reporting, developing bespoke and one-to-many solutions for communicating impact and value.
- Facilitate expert-level workshops and high profile training events.
