Altarum is a nonprofit organization focused on improving the health of individuals with fewer financial resources and populations disenfranchised by the health care system. Established in 1946, Altarum has deep roots in public sector innovation. We turn policy into practice by partnering with federal, state, and local agencies, rolling up our sleeves to advance health care and public health systems.
