Opportunity
As part of the global Order Management strategy, and aligned with the wider LSEG Customer Operations strategy, we are building an Order Management Specialist (OMS) team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The OMS will provide support for our LSEG customers in the North Asia region.
The OMS generates quotes and enters order information into relevant systems, supporting the quote to billing processes. They also consistently enhance customer experience through improving timeliness in service delivery by achieving the guaranteed average turnaround time, based on agreed product/process and reducing the resolution time with agreed quality for sophisticated requests and specialty accounts (may included implementation of Service Level Agreement).
The successful candidate is responsible for the order process for a designated group of customers or a designated geographical area; meeting requirements in an accurate and timely manner, providing expertise to internal and external customers in all related matters, thereby delivering customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that the company's goals and objectives are met.ou will handle the order process for LSEG products; this includes entering orders into specialist permissioning or electronic fulfilment systems and working with internal and external customers to ensure the order is fulfilled according to agreed turnaround times and with vital accuracy
The OMS will be:
Accountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity e.g. agreed volume, service and quality targets
Call out any delays to internal groups including to the senior members of the organization as appropriate
A teammate, collaborating with other members of the team to ensure al internal and external customer requirements are met e.g. supervise the group email account to ensure that requests are processed and completed according to agreed turnaround times
Able to communicate and collaborate successfully with internal and external customers, and internal colleagues in a variety of locations globally
Responsible for online maintenance and accuracy of customer install position (billable assets) and ensuring appropriate customer access
Responsible for creating and modifying customer master data
Accountable for ensuring appropriate Financial controls and policies are adhered to and in place. In addition the OMS will ensure appropriate controls around the use of 3rd party data are in operation for the internal and external customers they support.
Handle the resolution of internal and external customer queries and issues through investigation, analysis, proposal of recommended solutions, and agreement on appropriate course of action
Qualifications & Experience:
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Graduate/post-graduate in related field such as Commerce or Accounting. Expert candidates should have prior OMS experience
Language requirements - spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
