BAP Post Listing Operations intern

Responsibilities

• Operations (80%)
• Manage requests pipeline (e.g. network upgrade, hardfork) from listed tokens – E.g. understand requirements, respond enquiries
• Manage requests pipeline from internal teams (e.g. delist trading pairs)
• Support implementation of successful requests (e.g. stakeholders management, coordinate due diligence, negotiation)
• Optimize structure/process to better manage and execute requests
• Support ad-hoc risk management initiatives
• Drive new initiatives and able to deliver quality results on time
• Support post-mortem and relevant analytics as necessary


• Account Management (20%)
• Understand Binance marketing campaigns and products/services
• Understand needs of listed tokens to support their growth and success
• Support account managers on various ad-hoc tasks (e.g. research information or due diligence of requests)

Requirements

• Ability to work at least 6 months
• Humble and hardcore, match company core value
• Organized, detail oriented and analytical
• Team player and effective communicator
• Proficient with Google suite of products
• Passion for crypto industry and digital assets
• Basic understanding of crypto
