We are a recruitment business with five distinct specialist divisions:

We, the founders of KnownFour, each have over 20 years'​ of experience of running multi-national recruitment companies around the world.

Although we’ve run many successful recruitment businesses using a tried and tested model, we’ve built KnownFour with a brand new model. 

Our new model harnesses the skills, knowledge and networks of the market’s most experienced recruiters, by giving them the tools, freedom and autonomy to recruit exceptionally well. 

Each of our recruitment consultants has, on average, over ten year’s experience, and is an expert in their discipline.

They have helped every size of company, from the embryonic start-ups sourcing their critical first hires, to supporting multi-nationals with their long-term hiring strategies.
By combining our skills, knowledge and networks with a culture of service and autonomy, we aim to improve the recruitment experience for everyone: clients, candidates and consultants.

We have created a business model that allows some of the best, most experienced recruiters to make a choice and have a more balanced, flexible work-life without compromising the value their clients and candidates receive. Our Partners all require flexible working to some degree, either as a parent, a carer or other personal circumstances.

Ensuring wellbeing, a work-life balance and flexibility are key drivers in the CSR agenda today; we aim is to be leaders of this in the Staffing Industry.
