SummaryWe’re looking for a Client Happiness Coordinator who enjoys creating smooth, thoughtful experiences for both clients and internal teams. In this role, you’ll work directly with principal attorneys to support strategic initiatives, improve workflows, and strengthen client relationships. Your work will help ensure that clients feel informed, valued, and well cared for throughout their journey. • Monthly Compensation: $1,060 to $1,150 US
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Research, develop, and implement new business relationship initiatives
• Contribute to best practice improvements across the firm
• Lead new business strategies and manage quarterly newsletters
• Maintain client records and strengthen referral relationships
• Organize, track, and complete tasks in Asana
• Support attorneys with project overviews and resource allocation
• Implement workflow automation in Lawmatics
• Maintain and update the firm playbook
- Develop process improvements using AI tools
• Generate monthly reports on firm performance metrics
• Support Accounts Receivable follow-ups
• Enhance profitability through strategic analysis
Key Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
• Experience with Asana and Lawmatics
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Co-Pilot and ChatGPT
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Independent and proactive

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar (preferred)
• Previous experience in project management or process optimization
