Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and motivated Lead / Senior Engineer - Network & Solutions to join our Systems and Network Engineering team. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, performance, and security of our enterprise IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on networks, systems, virtualization, and endpoint management.

Job Role:

• Administer and maintain the enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls (FortiGate), Aruba
• switches, and wireless networks.
• Manage Windows and Linux-based server environments and virtual machines (VMs).
• Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and user identity management.
• Perform user and policy administration through Active Directory (Windows 2022) and Group Policy.
• Implement and manage endpoint protection using ESET Protect.
• Manage and monitor backup and storage solutions, including TrueNAS.
• Support vulnerability assessment and remediation activities using Tenable or similar tools.
• Assist with patch management through tools such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central or Action1.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet operational requirements.
• Contribute to compliance and security initiatives including ISO 27001 readiness.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in systems and network administration.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, or HCIA are highly preferred.
• Strong experience with FortiGate firewalls, network configurations, and VLANs.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive).
• Experience managing virtualization platforms (Hyper-V or VMware).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows Server roles (DNS, DHCP, File Services).
• Familiarity with Azure administration is an added advantage.
