In this high-energy, high-impact role, you’ll be driving revenue growth across exhibitions, digital platforms, and prestigious awards, engaging with clients from around the world. Your mission? Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch and secure prospect exhibitors within our portfolio, offering tailored solutions and packages across a range of different products
  • Driving sales performance by fielding incoming leads, research and building relationships. Securing and building new, and enhancing existing relationships
  • Providing excellent customer service by regular contact with existing clients through the event cycle to understand and support their key objectives
  • Identify new prospects and areas of growth through industry media, social media, online resources, industry networking and company CRM
  • Oversee the continual and accurate data capture of sales activity and progress reporting, including debt reports
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication with colleagues to maximise client experience and product delivery

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • The ability to deal effectively and confidently with a wide range of people
  • Proactive, self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent selling, communication, negotiation and closing skills
  • Able to conduct a more conceptual, consultative sales approach and build a longer-term business
  • Good time management, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of commonly used business software.
  • Client account management experience
  • Willingness to travel
  • Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales
    • Positive attitude, team player
    • Comfortable with face-to-face sales
