As an E-commerce Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our online retail presence. Key responsibilities :
- Create and implement plans for smooth e-commerce integration across various platforms and systems.
- Work with teams in development, marketing, sales, and customer support to achieve effective integration solutions.
- Research market trends, competitor offerings for strategy and roadmaps.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to understand integration requirements.
- Define and prioritize features and improvements for the product roadmap.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle of e-commerce integration initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
- Analyze integration performance data, user feedback, and system analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Have a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of product management experience, especially in eCommerce.
- Experience of working on Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of B2B / D2C and Marketplace seller ecosystem.
- Understand eCommerce, market trends, and customer behavior well.
- Proven success in product management, showing the ability to drive product success.
- Use data and market insights to find trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for effective teamwork.
