Position Summary

Job Title: Agile Project Manager / Agile Scrum Master (SaaS)

You'll lead and manage the delivery of our software development projects in a timely, controlled, and predictable manner. In a high-profile role you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, through delivering primarily agile projects. You'll use your strong interpersonal skills to identify and engage with project stakeholders and then manage all ongoing communications to ensure all are kept informed at an appropriate level. However, this role is not solely focused on project delivery. As the Scrum Master you'll be the driving force for ensuring scrum is understood and enacted. Working in close collaboration with the Development Team Leader, who has responsibility for ownership of the developer resource, you'll be responsible for coaching the development team to self- organize and create high value products and remove impediments to the Development Teams progress.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Develop reports, metrics, and dashboards including velocity charts, sprint reports, etc.
• Manage sprints in Jira and ensure effective utilization of Agile methodologies.
• Establish and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, detailed plans, scope statements, risk and issues logs, and status reports for upper management.
• Tailor project management processes to suit the requirements of individual projects, both new and ongoing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for project planning, progress updates, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing communication and expectations effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, seeking feedback and implementing process enhancements.
• Supervise day-to-day project activities and team members, ensuring project deliverables align with schedule expectations.
• Facilitate post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future project delivery.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• PMP / Prince 2 Certification is a plus.
• Strong command of Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in writing Technical Specification Documentation.
• Experience as a Scrum Master.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain risk registers.
• Handle changes in project scope, requirements, and timelines effectively.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Familiarity with relevant technical knowledge or industry-specific tools is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, facilitating effective collaboration and documentation.
