Job Summary :

As a Product Manager in PLG, you will be a key driver in defining and executing strategies to optimize our product's market presence and revenue streams. Your role will encompass overseeing product-led growth initiatives, refining pricing models, and implementing effective monetization strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will prioritize and develop features that align with our product's growth and financial objectives. Your responsibilities include conducting market research, analysing user behaviour, and leveraging data insights to inform pricing decisions and enhance monetization efforts. Effective communication, a strong user-centric approach to product development, and expertise in crafting and implementing successful pricing strategies are crucial for achieving product success in a competitive landscape. Responsibilities :

1. Create plans for product-led growth, bringing in more users and keeping them engaged.
2. Team up with different groups to choose and add features that make the user experience better and help the product grow.
3. Adjust pricing models to make more money and increase profitability.
4. Keep an eye on industry pricing trends and what competitors are doing through market research.
5. Put in place effective strategies to make money that match up with business goals.
6. Study how users behave and use data to find ways to make more money and improve how revenue comes in.
7. Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to smoothly include product-led growth, pricing, and monetization plans.
8. Use tools to analyze data and make decisions based on what the data shows.

Requirements

1. Have a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Worked as a Product Manager for over 5 years, proving success in product-led growth, pricing, and monetization strategies.
3. Understand SAAS industry well and know the current trends in product-led growth, pricing, and monetization.
4. Use data insights to decide on pricing and make monetization better.
5. Communicate and work well with teams from different departments.
