Introduction

As an Associate Partner, you will have a dual role in driving delivery of client projects and helping to sell new work. In your delivery role, you will lead your teams, providing thought leadership and direction as well as overall quality assurance. You will collaborate with other Associate Partners and Partners in ensuring successful project delivery. In your sales role, you will lead proposal creation and RFP responses, coordinating across IBM to bring the best of IBM to the client and help craft a winning message.

Your role and responsibilities

IBM Consulting's Enterprise Strategy practice helps businesses identify new opportunities with AI and other technologies. We then turn strategy into action, building robust plans for how to execute the vision and manage the transformation. Sample activities include:

  • Help clients develop robust enterprise strategies related to AI and digital transformations
  • Design new operating models to support AI and digital transformations
  • Develop business cases to identify the value drivers and potential from transformation
  • Manage transformation programs, ensuring alignment to value
  • Identify, value, and develop new opportunities with AI

Travel will be required. The amount of travel is dependent on client requirements. Travel in any given week could range from none to several days.

This Job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

Successful candidates will have the following skills:

  • Experience identifying and recommending AI use cases and solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build valuation models
  • Strong communication skills and ability to design and create effective PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong comfort using AI tools and assistants, including prompt engineering
  • Self-starter, able to work with light direction and take ownership of activities
  • Team player, eager to collaborate with others
  • Expertise in a specific industry area within Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance

An MBA is required.
