We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound lead generation and business development efforts within the US staffing and recruitment industry.
Requirements
- Conduct outbound prospecting to US-based companies through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify companies with active or upcoming hiring needs across tech and professional roles.
- Engage with HR leaders, founders, hiring managers, and procurement teams.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients in the CRM.
- Research target accounts, hiring trends, and industry needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with internal sales and recruitment teams to refine messaging and targeting.
- Consistently achieve outreach and meeting-booked KPIs.
