Job Summary

We’re seeking a Project Manager with strong technical foundations in Cisco networking, virtualisation, Windows environments, and data centre technologies. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects, acting as the central coordinator between engineering teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycles—define scope, set timelines, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
• Technical Delivery Oversight:
• Cisco networking: Catalyst, Meraki, Nexus, ASA/Firepower, ISE, SD-WAN
• Virtualisation: VMware, Hyper-V
• Microsoft infrastructure: Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, GPO
• Data Center: Cisco UCS, HCI platforms, Disaster Recovery & BCP
• Act as the primary liaison between internal IT teams, business units, and external vendors.
• Ensure alignment with IT governance, security policies, documentation standards, and KPI tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of:
• Cisco network technologies and architectures
• Virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Windows Server ecosystem (AD, DNS, GPOs, etc.)
• Data center operations and technologies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organised with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):
• PMP or PRINCE2
• ITIL Foundations
• VMware VCP, Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE)
