We are looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the ideation, testing, and scaling of high-performing marketing campaigns for a fast-scaling performance marketing agency. This role involves owning the end-to-end creative strategy for paid media campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally with designers and copywriters, and analyzing campaign data to inform creative improvements.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in a Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing, or similar role
- Strong expertise in paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns through creative testing and iteration
- Experience leading creative direction and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools is highly preferred
