Requirements
- 1+ year experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales
- Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent
- Spanish is a strong advantage
- Ability to work U.S. Pacific Time (PST) hours
- Reliable high-speed internet, headset, and quiet work environment
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
- Highly coachable and receptive to feedback through call reviews
