Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services
- Proven track record of managing and growing mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in upselling and revenue expansion
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and client-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in SaaS, marketing, or B2B services is highly preferred
