Senior Digital Designer

We're looking for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Designer with artworking skills to support the Experience Design team across multiple projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and collaborating with other designers and design leads to develop high fidelity mockups and assets
• Develop production ready digital designs from wireframes
• Translate concept key visuals into precise assets, eg. LinkedIn ads and email
• Collaboration with copywriters, UX designers and the client management team effectively
• Delivering assets to the correct specifications
• Ensuring that all asset requirements are accurately captured and communicated to the Delivery Lead, including any licensing requirements
• Ownership and responsibility for design deliverables and ensuring that other team members are well informed of requirements and any known dependencies

Requirements

• Ability to articulate rationale behind design choices
• Understanding and interpreting brand guidelines for the task at hand
• Presenting their own work confidently internally (and ideally externally)
• Strong Figma skills (this is non-negotiable), to include ability to work with complex files, components, styles, variables
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe suite
• Proficiency in Google Slides and PowerPoint
• Presentation design skills: digesting complex information and presenting it in a cohesive way
• Ability to use Miro and Slack
• Understanding basic artworking concepts
• Attention to detail across all tools, and for
• Ability to take and respond to feedback (internal and client)
• Proactive communicator with the ability to provide the Delivery lead with daily updates and flag any issues or dependencies
• Quick to learn, adapt and respond
