Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into captivating designs across various mediums. This role will involve collaborating with internal teams to develop engaging visual content that communicates our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

Requirements

• Conceptualise and create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including but not limited to: advertisements, brochures, posters, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and product packaging.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project objectives and develop design solutions that effectively communicate key messages and brand values.
• Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency in brand identity, style, and messaging across all deliverables.
• Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, provide design guidance, and contribute creative input to projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver presentations of design concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (min 1-2 years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools/software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in design execution.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and incorporate revisions while maintaining project timelines.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
