Job Description:

Were looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team from Pakistan and India! If youre organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a mix of online research, email follow-ups, phone calls, and general admin work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct online research and compile reports

• Follow up on emails and manage correspondence

• Handle administrative tasks related to other locations

• Make phone calls and assist with scheduling

• Support general office operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in email management and online research

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Experience with administrative tasks (preferred)

Work timings: Mon to Fri 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Sat 9 AM to 12 PM)
