What would your day-to-day look like?
- Build Manage Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with airline partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech space.
- Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new fintech products for airlines. This includes driving product vision, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring alignment with airline partners’ goals and success metrics.
- Optimize Existing Solutions: Work with airlines to improve and grow existing fintech products, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and maximize ancillary revenue opportunities.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with trends in the fintech and travel industries to anticipate market shifts and identify new opportunities for innovation.
An ideal candidate has:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Creativity and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities in the fintech and travel spaces.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with airline operations, challenges, and revenue streams, or previous experience working within the airline industry is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
