We’re growing fast and looking for a sharp, strategic Mid-Market Account Executive to join our NYC-based team. This isn’t a boiler-room sales role—we’re looking for someone who thrives on working a tight book of high-value accounts and closing complex deals that move the needle.
What You’ll Do
Work with fast-growing companies the help them modernize their contact centers using Hatch’s AI agents.
Drive full-cycle sales from outreach to close—working inbound and outbound motions
Partner closely with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to drive pipeline strategy
Consistently hit quota and architect a path to overachievement
Travel to meet customers and attend strategic events and conferences as needed
Sit in our NYC office alongside the CRO and GTM team to move fast and win together
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years of experience in a closing role within SaaS (AI or MarTech preferred)
A proven track record of exceeding quota on mid-market SaaS deals
Comfort owning complex deal cycles and engaging senior decision-makers
Strategic, relationship-driven approach to sales (this is not a volume/cold call shop)
Strong collaboration skills—you're a partner to SDRs, not a lone wolf
Based in NYC or willing to relocate—this is a hybrid, in-person role
