Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔
As our Salesforce Administrator you’ll be at the heart of our Revenue Operations team, working as part of the Salesforce project team and driving the optimization and enhancement of our Salesforce system. You will own Salesforce Billing and serve our Finance & BI teams, ensuring they get the most out of our Salesforce setup. By developing internal expertise in Salesforce Billing, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our billing, commissioning and forecasting processes, leveraging native functionality, tool integrations, or custom work as needed.
It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.
What do I need to bring with me? 🧳
You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for:
👉 Salesforce Revenue Cloud Expertise with hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.👉 Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including object models and processes, with the ability to build custom apps, advanced flows and integrations.👉 Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Lead to Billing processes. Financial processes understanding would be a plus. 👉 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and innovative problem-solving 👉 Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues (including Salesforce admins) to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations effectively.👉 Relevant certifications, such as Administrator (ADM-201) and CPQ Specialist (preferred).Equally important is attitude.
