What you’ll do
Write and schedule daily social posts (Instagram, TikTok, X) that speak to a consumer audience.
Draft and send promotional and nurture emails / texts in HubSpot or HighLevel.
Keep a 30-day content calendar up to date and flag gaps early.
Design quick-turn graphics and short videos in Canva or CapCut—no agency delays.
Reply to DMs and comments to keep the community engaged.
Track basic metrics (opens, clicks, follows, views) in Google Sheets and share a weekly recap.
Maintain tidy lists in the CRM and tag contacts for future campaigns.
Must-have experience
0–2 years in marketing, social media, or content creation (internships count).
Comfortable writing short-form copy that feels human and on-brand.
Basic hands-on time with any email platform (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
Working knowledge of Canva or CapCut and a portfolio link with at least two samples.
Organized—able to juggle multiple posts, drafts, and deadlines without dropping balls.
Fluent written English.
Nice to have
Exposure to SMS tools or WhatsApp marketing.
Familiarity with AI helpers like ChatGPT for first-draft copy.
Beginner’s grasp of Zapier or Make automations.
Spanish or Portuguese for social replies.
