JUJI is an innovative fintech service launched by Gogolook, with a concentration on offering inclusive finance services to the public. Leveraging advanced AI technology, the JUJI team is committed to providing fast and flexible financial services to customers with immediate need of financial assistance.
As the User Growth Manager in the JUJI team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the team to develop and implement diverse strategies for user acquisition to hit business metrics. You will be a data driven person with insightful and creative ideas that mix up product and marketing approaches. Highly result-oriented, you always spare no effort in seeking internal and external resources to deliver and ensure broader adoption of JUJI services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and evaluate growth tactics; work closely with marketing, data analytics, finance, and product teams to formulate growth roadmap and execution plan.
  • Design and implement proper user lifecycle management flow to improve user lifetime value.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with internal and external platforms to expand reach and growth channels for user acquisition.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in growth marketing or in key operation roles in a product-led growth platform.
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Moderate understanding of digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical reasoning.
  • Familiarity with the loan business or personal leasing business.
  • Ability to use basic SQL or Python.
