We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our FinTech Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, patient, and able to handle tasks meticulously. The candidate should be the one that spearheads marketing projects of all sizes. A solid analytical skill is fundamental to qualify this role where both qualitative and quantitative data are important levers in reviewing project effectiveness. To go the extra mile, the candidate should proactively share insights and recommendations to the team for optimization. Candidates with a high level of interest in paid media operation and management will be much appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize all paid media programs such as SEM, APP, Social, Programmatic, native advertising.
- To draw up strategies and tactics for user acquisition, ARPU development, engagement development, and retention development.
- Measure and seek for effectiveness and ROI of all paid activities.
- Generate visual reporting/dashboard and provide insights/recommendations on efficient campaigns and reporting tools.
- Assist in the development of AD copy including visual and verbal.
- Actively participate in Marketing and Promotional campaign design for user acquisition and user journey planning.
- Review, recommend, and follow up user behavior on multiple channels to conduct user journey improvement programs.
Requirements
- University degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking or paid media related positions.
- Expert knowledge in digital paid media including, PPC, APP promotion, Display, Affiliates, and Social.
- Familiar with key paid media management including Facebook, Google ADs, Yahoo!, and LINE.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to talk to agencies, internal stakeholders, and members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle tasks with care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Financial content. (loan, credit card, bank service, payments)
- Prior experience in media buying & planning agency is a plus.
- Familiar with research and analysis is a plus.
