Mission
- 依法辦理公司 (含集團子公司) 董事會及股東會會議相關事宜 (包含編制股東會年報、議事手冊、議事錄、變更登記等) 及各項股務作業
- 籌備與執行董事會 (含子公司) 及各功能性委員會之召集事務及相關事宜
- 協助董事會及內部人遵循法令、執行業務所需之資料、就任、進修、相關法令宣導教育訓練
- 擔任公司與董事、股代、管區之溝通窗口
- 公司治理相關作業規章維護與執行
- 擬定與執行 ESG 公司治理願景目標與行動計劃、編撰 ESG 永續報告書
- 公開資訊觀測站各項公告及重大訊息申報作業，包括公開資訊揭露、上傳各項公告事務處理，以及內部人持股異動及管理申報
- 定期資訊揭露更新公司治理相關規定於企業網站
- 遵循公司治理相關法令、執行公司治理評鑑作業與推動公司治理相關政策
- 其他主管交辦事務
Requirements
- 取得律師、會計師執業資格或於證券、金融、期貨相關機構或公開發行公司從事法務、法令遵循、內部稽核、財務、會計、 股務或第二十一條所訂公司治理相關事務單位之主管職務達三年以上
