Senior Marketing and Brand Analyst - Commercial Success

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

This is a Senior Analytics role nested within the marketing org to support the areas of brand and commercial performance. This role measures how effective our brand assets are, and what our audiences think of our assets such as our content hub, our GoDaddy blogs, and much more.

This person will perform data analysis around our NPS which is what we consider to be our voice of the customer, and what kind of impact other brand assets have. You will build compelling presentations for leaders, including for our CMO, and you should understand what is moving our NPS within the org. The person should be great at telling a story with the data and driving projects with minimal supervision.

We’re looking for someone skilled in using Tableau dashboards and someone really great with Excel, SQL, Redshift, and Alation, for organizing and managing our data assets.

What you’ll get to do…

• Partner with the Voice of the Customer (VOC) research team to understand the current measurement strategies, including Qualtrics NPS
• Drive comprehensive data analysis to understand the effect of NPS and other metrics on customer lifetime value and churn
• Analyze historical and current data sources to identify the drivers of NPS and develop/model the impact of changes in our VOC metrics
• Explore intercorrelations/predictive relationships between various metrics/datasets
• Identify meaningful customer cohorts that differ in loyalty.
• Analyze the performance of Brand Content & Assets (organic campaigns, individual blog's and social post-performance).
• Explore the longitudinal path customers take in terms of their relationship with GoDaddy (moving from passive to promoter, etc..)

Your experience should include…

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics with a specialization in marketing
• Full proficiency in SQL/Redshift/Alation and ability to run analysis across a wide variety of disparate datasets.
• Experience analyzing customer insights to understand user behavior and telling a story with the data
• Ability to complete projects end to end with an agile cross-functional team for peak results
• You can work across multiple groups and present to senior leadership

You might also have...

• Qualtrics/NPS experience is a strong plus
• Understanding of core GoDaddy products
• A bachelor's degree in Analytics or a related field
• Ability to work U.S. hours preferably PST
